Leviticus 17:11-14 For the life of the flesh is in the blood and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that maketh an atonement for the soul.
How much more the blood of Christ! (Heb. 9:14) Blood, the seat of life — aima — refers to the physical, the life, the breath, everything.
Science really backs up the word of God. The scientific definition is that the blood is a living connection, a living connective fluid tissue. It is not liquid. It is fluid, but it is not liquid. It is a tissue that is moving and living. It is fluid, moving tissue that circulates the entire body.
Jesus’ blood is the fluid of life. It will do whatever it takes to protect, not just your physical body, but your soul, your spirit, your emotions, every dimension of your life.
The blood is a living, fluid, connective tissue. The blood of Jesus Christ over your life will connect all the dots.
Four main components of the blood: white blood cells, red blood cells, platelets and plasma. Plasma keeps things moving and circulating. The platelets are for damage control. The red blood cells transport oxygen into all the oxygen-hungry organs of your body. The red blood cells also take all the carbon dioxide, or waste products and remove them.
There are at least eight different types of white blood cells in your body. One particular white blood cell is called a natural killer. If there is anything foreign in your body, this particular white blood cell will destroy it. How much more the blood of Jesus Christ is searching throughout your entire life — things you are aware of, and things you are not. The blood is the control center of your life.
Moses read the law, but the law was not ratified until he sprinkled the blood of bulls and goats. Jesus poured his blood over the promises of God to you. There is nothing too big, too strong, or too powerful for the blood of Christ.
Matthew 14:14 And Jesus went forth, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion (splagchnizomai — bowels of mercy) toward them, and he healed their sick.
Hebrews 9:24, 26 For Christ has not entered the holy places made with hands, which are copies of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us; (26b) but now, once at the end of the ages, He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself.
You can never deplete or exhaust the power of the blood of Jesus Christ over your life, past, present or future. The blood of Jesus Christ is forever before the Father. There is more than enough of His blood.
