1 Corinthians 12:1-11 1Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant. 2Ye know that ye were Gentiles, carried away unto these dumb idols, even as ye were led. 3Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. 4Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. 6And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all. 7But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. 8For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 9To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 10To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: 11But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.

The gifts flow like a musical concert:

1. Know – Revelation gifts: the word of knowledge, the word of wisdom, discerning of spirits. 2. Say – Vocal gifts: tongues, interpretation of tongues, prophecy 3. Do – Power gifts – gifts of healings, gift of faith, working of miracles.

Four sources of prophetic utterance, only one from God.:

1. The human spirit 2. Delusion 3. Familiar spirits 4. The Holy Spirit – Romans 8:14  For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

The reason we have error in our churches:

1. Starts with leadership. 2. Unwarranted validation (spiritual pride) 3. Timing 4. Motivation 5. All prophecies will be and should be judged.

Keys to success: 1. Study the Bible. The Spirit and the Word agree. 2. Good leadership, mentors, transparent. 3. Unity of the Spirit – John 12:32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. 4. Church is many members – Word and Spirit. 5. Pray in tongues – the gateway to manifestation of the Holy Spirit in our assembly is worshipping God in the Spirit.
