Together with his wife, Carla, Bishop Bernal helped ignite a generation of worshipers, ministers, and evangelists through their ministry at Jubilee Christian Center. Their passion for the Word and the presence of God reached far beyond their local church and impacted people around the world.
Now making their home in Northern California, Bishop Dick and Carla partner in ministry with Pastors Matthew and Siobhan Oliver at The Family Church in Roseville.
