Logos – What was said. The pre-existent, general word of God. Rhema – What God is saying. The right now instruction from the Holy Spirit to you personally; not a general word to everyone. The specific word that God is speaking to you, loaded with power.

John 6:63 “the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.”
