What is your purpose?
The follower of Christ’s purpose is to live out God’s calling in your life, allowing the Holy Spirit to teach you to bring glory to God in everything you do in your worship, your relationships, and your work. Man’s primary purpose is to fellowship with Him and bring glory to Him forever. By accepting Christ as the Savior, you are sealed with the Holy Spirit, and he is your help to live a victorious Christian life. We are Light Bearers. “Therefore, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.” (Philippians 2:13).
What is God’s plan for your life? Your relationship with God does not grow overnight. Being faithful to His Word, praying, and walking in His Will helps grow your relationship with Him. The ultimate purpose of your life is to have a meaningful relationship with God. He has things for you to accomplish in your life. Take some time and thank God that He knows you and cares for you specifically, and has an excellent plan for your life. “I will give them one heart and one way, that they may fear Me forever, for the good of them and their children after them.” (Jeremiah 32:39)
God loves us.
The good news is that this all-powerful God is loving and kind. He is patient, compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in love. He is a wonderful Father; He is a Father to the fatherless. He loves us and forgives our sins when we repent. The Holy Spirit guides us as we are obedient to His Word. One day we all look forward to living in eternity with Him. “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.” (Jesus speaking) Matthew 28:18
Who is the Father?
He is one of the Godheads; He is the Father!
He is the creator of all things. Gen 1:1
He is the Lord God, He alone Neh 9:6
He is the only God who is the source of all things. 1 Corinthians 8:6 6 yet for us there is but one God, the Father, [a]who is the source of all things, and we exist for Him; and one Lord, Jesus Christ, by whom are all things [that have been created], and we [believers exist and have life and have been redeemed] through Him.
In the Old Testament, the Father is revealed, but in the New Testament, Jesus tells who Father is; “The Father and I are one.” John 10:30
Matthew 3:16-17 16 After Jesus was baptized, He came up immediately out of the water; and behold, the heavens were opened, and he (John) saw the [a]Spirit of God descending as a dove and lighting on Him (Jesus), 17 and behold, a [b]voice from heaven said, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased and delighted!”
Who is Jesus?
Jesus is the Son of God. God the Father sent His Son Jesus the Christ to be born of a virgin in Bethlehem. Therefore, Jesus is the only one of the Godhead that is fully man and fully God, including Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
The Deity of Jesus Christ.
1 In the beginning [before all time] was the Word ([a]Christ), and the Word was with God, and [b]the Word was God Himself. 2 He was [continually existing] in the beginning [co-eternally] with God. 3 All things were made all things came into existence through Him; without Him not even one thing was made that has come into being. 4 In Him was life [and the power to bestow life], and the life was the Light of men. John 1:1-4,
Jesus lived and served for 33 years, and many miracles were performed by Him, as He told people about the Father and His love for all people. In the Bible, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John documented the life of Jesus, who lived a perfect life without sin. At 33 years old, Jesus gave up his life for the whole world, the ultimate sacrifice for our sins; Yes, He willingly gave Himself to die to pay the penalty for our sins. Therefore the only way you can be saved from living an eternal life of destruction is to give your life to Christ. John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
Philippians 2:5-10 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God did not consider it [a]robbery to be equal with God. The Father also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name above every name, Jesus; Every knee should bow very tongue should confess, that Jesus is Lord.
The Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit came to comfort, guide, and teach us to be filled with Him and move in Power with the manifested gifts of Him. Our choice is to be filled, controlled, and empowered by the Holy Spirit. You will choose to have the Holy Spirit in your life or run your own life. He set us free from the law; “Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death. We now belong to God; Romans 8:9 But you are not in the flesh but the Spirit if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. Now, if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His.”
To walk in the Power of the Holy Spirit, you must be born-again and be baptized with the fire of the Holy Spirit. “But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh.” Galatians 5:16
